Comments and observations about the construction of this MITA project webpage:

In general, the webpage is good.  It is well-organized according to the assignment criteria and questions; the content of each page attempts to answer the basic questions for each area of the Moment-In-Time-Analysis.  Sufficient work was put into researching the moment in time.

The areas for improvement include: (1) spelling, (2) grammar, (3) increasing detail among the various sections, (4) maintaining consistency in text formatting.

Spelling and grammar are bigger issues because they are so fundamental to college-level work; they simply should not be so consistently obvious.  Increasing detail is a research and thoroughness challenge:  either more research is required, or the research that was done simply needs to be included in the appropriate areas.  Consistent formatting is a design skill that will improve with more practice, but it needs to be done for the sake of the reading audience.

As a FIRST MITA webpage, this page breaks ground for all the other groups, in all other sections.  They receive Kudos for being the first and bravest!  Congrats gang!

ADVISORY:

Attention all other groups, OBSERVE:  learn well from what this group has done (or not done).

MITA, or Moment-In-Time-Analysis, is a problem-based learning methodology developed by Daniel S. Fox, Ph.D. for the purpose of engaging learners in course curriculum, developing their critical thinking skills, improving their internet and computer competence, and facilitating a group problem-solving challenge.  It is used here in a college-level Group Communication course at Monterey Peninsula College, Monterey, California.  The assignment can be found at this site:  groupcomm.freeservers.com.
